Provide technical expertise to the daily operations in Bio-WWTP unit and focused plant; well understanding basic technology of BIO-WWTP system, and regulation requirements;
To be local licensor in BIO-WWTP area, lesion with R&D on Bio-WWTP technology upgrading, and system improvement in reliability, energy efficiency, system de bottle neck etc.
Competent in foreseeing BIO-WWTP conditions change, insights in root cause to BIO-WWTP system disturbance, and do troubleshooting accurate and timely;
Supervision &optimization of daily work in Bio-WWTP and give support to operation team in their scope.
Continuously searches for ways to improve process performance in: yields, energy consumption, BOM, material efficiency, quality, waste and carry out the activities from senior process engineer and management team;
Setup process KPI like OEE, material efficiency, quality…and do analysis for gaps and workout improvements.
□ Project support
As technical holder to involve in project from early stage of initiate, study, and basic engineering from process view; lead to conduct pilot or trial running, develop process route, primary Capex and Opex etc.
Involve in project risk analysis and Hazard review for the new developing process, embed all mitigation measures into process design;
Do process and technical review in engineering design phase, ensure the process design in good quality manner.
Role as C&SU manager in commissioning activities including but not limit in procedure and instruction, operator training, system cleaning, loop test&Function test, de-punch list, chemical-in and PTR.
□ Process and operation support
Organize Bio-WWTP operation plan meeting, balance of cross impaction of different stream of WW and Bio system performance, maximize WW discharge from upstream plants to support its business.
Supervise the daily process of the Bio-WWTP unit; Maintain high efficient operation of wastewater unit with economic cost; ensure wastewater effluent within spec; daily troubleshooting with Bio-WWTP unit;
Proactive to communication internally and downstream BIO-WWTP for abnormal case and recovery system in time. instruct emergency operation to production team.
Provide assistance to operations in learning and understand for new design or modifications, guide operation team into the steps and activities for better understanding and cooperation;
Updating the documents of PID, SOP, EIP, EOP, JSA… standard documents to operation team timely;
Do risk assessment for the activities of startup and shutdown, and with safety guard in procedure, and training to operation team;
Support operation team to do JSA for critical operation, routine work in daily;
□ Process Safety and Audit
Participate in Hazard Study for projects/modification both for process and dedicate key equipment; support Head of Process Engineer to follow up recommendations from hazard study in design, construction, operation, procedure, maintenance…; take lead to do PSSR and Post-startup assessment.
Full involve in PSM and SAQ audit for compliance, ensure the defects and corrections have been closed on time;
□ MOC&Trouble shooting
To be MOC facilator to executive MOC in Bio-WWTP, including organize the technical review meeting, Hazard study, PDS of equipment/instrumentation/electrical material preparation, PSSR, Post-startup and final performance assessment, keep tracking for all the related documents updating;
As RCPS champion to organize workshop, organize engineers to held RCPS workshop to solve complicated troubleshooting, tracking actions done for owner and follow up relevant KPI updating after actions closed;
□ Main responsibilities in AUM&PEM
Evaluates AUM/PEM data and generates specific reports (such as Pareto’s) that identify production performance improvement opportunities to enlarge Bio-WWTP system capacity.
Provides data evidence and proposals for adjusting and optimizing BOM/PEM, AUM and MACs.
Supports identification of the right secondary drivers and evaluates evidence of impact of secondary drivers from actual consumption figures, and output to plants.
Owner of the ORM process; leading the ORM RCPS workshops.
